This week, we expand the theme of terroir from wine and our favorite ‘ingestibles’ and weave it into how this concept also applies to our travels. While it’s term is often used frequently by the wine world to denote the place of origin and its uniqueness, it absolutely exists in travel. It’s why we never tire of travel nor seeking out new experiences. Join us to wax poetic and go deeper into the topic with three visionaries in hospitality in South America who have sought how to bring that ‘somewhereness’ to their guests. It’s an episode full of nuggets of wisdom and inspiration.
