Tim Ferriss is one inspiring, ballsy guy. If you’re in to him, here’s a low-down of his credentials: at 33, he’s written two best-selling books called The Four Hour Workweek and The Four Hour Body, speaks five languages including Japanese & Spanish, and holds a Guinness record in tango spins.
What makes him brilliant is his knack for attacking a goal/outcome and deconstructing it to teach readers how to do it using the least amount of time and effort—from swimming to learning foreign languages, mastering ballroom dance, starting an online business or the very polarizing experiments of how to lose 20 pounds of fat in a month, or conversely, gain 34 pounds of muscle in 28 days. He’s a master of efficiency in showing us how to identify and reach our goals, breaking through fear.
Here’s a TED presentation of Tim that I found particularly inspirational. Surf his blog or get the books. They are both exceptional reads.
