For this special episode, we invited a few friends and colleagues from around South America, from Colombia to Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, and of course Chile, to share how they celebrate Christmas & Hanukkah in their respective countries. As end of year also marks the onset of summer, and school holidays, it’s a special time shared only with our other Southern hemisphere ‘cousins’ like South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Here’s an invitation to dream of a holiday wonderland filled with warm winds, watermelon, panettone, and many lazy, rosé-filled afternoons.
