Signature

Signature Journeys are our curated “travel collections” for small groups of 6-16 people. Every year we select our favorite destinations in the region and create a unique blend of experiences designed to take you deep into South America’s local culture, craftsmanship, food, wine, and traditions. Sure, we also hit the must-see cultural sites, but differently…, we go beyond just skimming the surface.

There’s a sense of authentic curiosity and camaraderie among our like-minded travelers who are adventurous and happen to love food, wine, and aesthetics as much as we do. We meet friends who are food artisans, chefs, and home cooks, vintners, historians, art collectors, designers, and local craftsmen who keep age-old traditions alive. It’s connective, inspiring, and utterly delicious.

Just back from… Clos Apalta Residence in Chile

I am sitting like a lizard in the warm afternoon sunshine, wrapped in an alpaca wool shawl on a scenic terrace overlooking the Apalta wine appellation and volcanoes of the Andes. The chilly morning rain has moved out and there’s not a cloud in the sky. In the distance, there’s a shrill call of a […]

The plaza just outside is surrounded by white and ochre-toned colonial buildings with carved balconies where the palanqueras […]
