I just finished my third read through of Terry Theise&#039;s new book &quot;Reading Between the Wines&quot;, and I think that based on this post you would really enjoy it.  His approach is to build a relationship with wine that it not constrained by a simple reductionist approach.
Now with that in mind, you might want to visit Joe Roberts over at 1winedude.com and weigh in on his recently expresseconcern that Pyrazine levels in Chilean red wine are still too high...
