When at large trade tastings, I&#039;ve started taking a small water bottle, with about 10% hydrogen peroxide in it...if my palate starts acting tired I take a break have a good swish, rinse well with water, and it is amazing how much sensitivity comes back.

D&#039;oh you had to rub it in...I&#039;m still waiting on the next vintage of the Terrunyo Carmenere to become available here...the order is in, just have to have patience.]]></description>
