When at large trade tastings, I’ve started taking a small water bottle, with about 10% hydrogen peroxide in it…if my palate starts acting tired I take a break have a good swish, rinse well with water, and it is amazing how much sensitivity comes back.

D’oh you had to rub it in…I’m still waiting on the next vintage of the Terrunyo Carmenere to become available here…the order is in, just have to have patience.
