					<description><![CDATA[I like how you compare the fiestas patrias to Thanksgiving. I kept wanting to compare them to July 4th which is kind of dull in its one-day-only celebrations.

Chile makes a week out of celebrating independence and you are engulfed in the festivities and spirit of it all no matter where you go in the country.
