Dear Liz,

I am also a staunch admirer and advocate supporting the tremendous quality of Kotowa coffee. In fact due to the generosity of Elena Hernandez, I sit at my desk this morning in Oslo with a frothy cup of fresh brewed java from the estate in Bouquette. While attending an IACP Board meeting just a few years back, I had the great pleasure of meeting proprietor, Ricardo Koyner Macintyre, and have been hooked ever since. He is a thoughtful man with great integrity, evident by the quality of the product and his beautifully maintained historic property. Indeed, we have Elena to thank for being such a brilliant ambassador of sorts and ensuring us of one of our most prized morning rituals.

Let's hope that Kotowa coffee becomes more readily available to us, a discriminating consumer audience that cherishes a drink that seems to brighten each morning with simply unadulterated pleasure.
