Actually, I do exercise when traveling and the key to everything is moderation. So I try lots of flavors but never see it as a &quot;pig out&quot; and I am crazy picky about always filling up on veggies. I usually find a Bikram studio (my favorite yoga), walk lots, and do a great body weight/HIIT circuits too. Just doing that a few times a week is enough. Didn&#039;t gain an ounce on this trip actually!]]></description>
