She visits her family every year, but i haven’t been in 15 years. I still remember all the wonderful pastries my brothers and I gluttoned on when we were boys: meringues, alfajores, panqueques. Amazing… and nostalgic. Thanks for posting this. I’m going to try and get my mom to whip some of these up for Thanksgiving this year
